I am an embodiment coach and NMC-registered midwife with over 10 years of professional experience working within the NHS, supporting thousands of women, birthing people, partners, and families through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.
Alongside my clinical work, I am the mother of two grown children and have spent the majority of my motherhood journey as a single parent. My lived experience, combined with my training through the VITA™ Love, Sex & Relationship Professional Coaching program, deeply informs how I support women- with compassion, sensitivity, and a non-judgmental, nurturing approach.
I work with women and people who are mothers or becoming mothers who feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, and their sense of aliveness. Many of the women I support feel overwhelmed by societal expectations of what a “good mother” should look like, while trying to balance motherhood, relationships, work, and personal identity. This often leads to feelings of dissatisfaction, body shame, emotional disconnection, and a sense of never quite getting it right.
My work is devoted to supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their life force and eros, and embody their own authentic expression of motherhood, without losing themselves in the process. I believe it is possible to be both deeply nurturing and fully alive, sensual, powerful, and self-connected.
Through embodiment-based practices such as somatic attunement, breathwork, and meditation, I support women to listen to the wisdom of their bodies, clarify their desires, and move toward lives that feel aligned, grounded, and true. A core foundation of my work is teaching self-care, self-love, and self-compassion- not as luxuries, but as essential practices that allow women to show up fully for themselves and those they care for.
Whether supporting women through birth preparation, antenatal and postnatal transitions, individual embodiment coaching, or the sacred passage from maiden to mother, my intention is always the same: to offer a safe, supportive container where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to live and mother in ways that feel deeply authentic to them.
