Within this container, we will gently explore the expectations we carry from society, family, culture, religion, and ourselves. You will be guided to consciously release what no longer serves you, and to carry forward what feels aligned and supportive.
The course invites you to reconnect with your intuitive wisdom and the innate intelligence of your body, using these as trusted guides as you navigate the transition into motherhood.
